Now that's what I call a makeover! Way to go, Fishpimp People!
The whole thing was came in under $14,000. If we had paid someone to do it for us we'd be into it for over $25K.
Yeah, I gutted and replaced the kitchen in my rental house when I lived there, down to the studs (put up new sheetrock and subfloor as well). I know exactly what you went through.
